Products from our E-Store will ship in about 1-3 weeks. We will notify you if your item is on backorder.

We DO NOT rent, sell, or trade your personal information to others. We want you to be assured that your personal information is kept confidential, whether asking for information or placing an order.

Returns & Replacements

You can return an item within 14 days of purchase, excluding custom orders and you pay return shipping.

If the purchase did not meet your expectations, we will be happy to issue a refund in the same form of payment in which it was purchased, excluding shipping charges. Returns will be shipped back at your own cost.

You must e-mail us within 1 day of receipt of order to cancel an existing order that has been placed and paid for with us. We will make every effort to correct this problem within a timely manner.

All returned items must be in original condition and undamaged.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Prices in effect at time of purchase are final.

There are no refunds on custom orders.
